McCracken Canoe Sales and Rrentals
Located central to many state parks and state forests, our canoe and kayak rentals cover over 150 miles of the scenic West Branch of the Susquehanna river. From the covered bridge at McGee's Mills to Lock Haven, you can enjoy our area's wilderness wonders. Our river is class 1 in most places, class 2 in some spots, depending on water levels. Our whitewater creeks range from class 2 though class 5+. This area offers a variety of paddling challenges for paddlers of all abilities.

Late spring and early summer provide paddling trips lasting from a few hours to a few days.So if you'd like to paddle this area and don't want to buy a canoe or kayak just yet, please consider renting from us.

Our prices:

  • $25.00/day for canoes (We-no-nah and Nova Craft)
  • $20.00/day for recreational kayaks (Jacksonrec, Current Designs, and Emotion)

We also offer shuttle service at an extra fee.
